From R. Singh:We are in the process of selling a home with cracked basement walls and bowed foundation repair. Jonathan Donnelly came in and reviewed the work. He was advised that we wanted a reasonable way to fix the home foundation for safety of a potential buyer. He was very professional and provided a quote using teleposts for support of the structure, carbon fibre strapping to reinforce, strengthen and stabilize the foundation wall, planitop X concrete to make the walls look smooth, and noted that the wall would still have a bow at points; however, he noted that the product will clean up the walls. He also noted that he will also use hydraulic cement to fill the big cracks. The end result improved the condition of the basement foundation and made it safer for a reasonable price.

Jonathan and Stephanie from Armour Foundation Repair Systems were one of many quotes we reviewed to repair and seal our basement wall. Jonathan was very easy to deal with, he was patient with us as we evaluated our options. He helped us find a solution we felt was best. We decided to repair the wall both inside and outside, install new weeping tile, window wells and waterproof the outside wall. Jonathan detailed all the steps involved, how the work would be done and when it would be completed. The outside excavation was tight and the crew managed the job perfectly. We had to replace a deck footing that had to be removed during the excavation. Stephanie's brother, who owns a screw pile business, generously installed a screw pile to replace the concrete pile that was removed.
